Purpose of the site
The site presents the CloudKey platform and the VulnMonitor product. It is not a contractual offer. Any engagement relies on a contract signed separately.
Penetration tests and authorization
No CloudKey penetration test begins without a signed Rules of Engagement document covering scope, authorized time windows, emergency contacts, and disclosure procedures.
Intellectual property
The content of the site (text, images, code, design) belongs to CloudKey or its rights holders. No reproduction may take place without prior written authorization.
Liability
CloudKey is not liable for any use of the site that breaches these terms. Reports, examples, and demonstrations are indicative and do not constitute an audit or a warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the CloudKey registered office.
