Done-for-you AI automation

AI Workflow Build: one business process, automated end to end

An AI Workflow Build is a fixed-scope engagement: we take one repetitive process that eats your team's hours, reporting, intake triage, content operations, data entry between tools, and build an AI-powered workflow around the tools you already use, with human approval on anything that matters.

Built by engineers who ship production software for security customers, so access control, data handling and failure modes are designed in from the start, not bolted on. You get a working workflow, documentation, and a handover: you own it.

  • Fixed scope, fixed quote
  • Your tools, your accounts
  • Human approval built in
  • Full handover, you own it
  • New inquiry parsed and qualified Auto
  • CRM record created and enriched Auto
  • Draft reply prepared for review Awaiting approval
  • Edge case routed to a human Escalated

Illustrative workflow, not a live system. Your build is designed around your own process and tools.

Overview

Automation that ships, not a slide deck

Every team has one: the process everyone complains about. The weekly report someone assembles by hand from three tools. The inbox where leads sit for two days before anyone triages them. The copy-paste ritual between the CRM and the spreadsheet. AI models are now genuinely good at this class of work, but turning a model into a reliable workflow takes engineering: integration with your tools, guardrails for when the model is wrong, and a clear line between what runs automatically and what waits for a human.

That is what we build. In a scoping call we pick one process and define what done looks like. Within the first week you see a working prototype running on your real examples, not a demo. Then we integrate it with your tools, put approval gates on anything customer-facing or irreversible, and hand it over with documentation and a training session. Nothing locks you in: it runs in your accounts, and your team can operate it without us.

We are deliberately conservative about autonomy. AI drafts, classifies, extracts and routes; humans approve anything that leaves the building or cannot be undone. That restraint is why these workflows keep working after the novelty wears off.

The shape of the engagement

One process, a few weeks, a fixed quote

$1.5k+
Fixed quote after scoping, no hourly meter running
2-4
Weeks, typical build time including integration and handover
1
Process automated end to end, with docs and training

These figures describe the scope and shape of a typical engagement, not performance metrics or guaranteed results. Larger builds are quoted individually.

Use cases

What kind of processes qualify?

Repetitive, rule-plus-judgment work that follows a pattern. If your team does it weekly and groans about it, it probably qualifies.

Reports and documents

Recurring reports assembled from several sources, client-facing summaries, proposals from templates: drafted automatically, reviewed by a human, delivered on schedule.

Inbox and intake triage

Inbound email, forms and support requests parsed, classified and routed, with a drafted response waiting for approval instead of a cold queue.

Ops glue between tools

The copy-paste between CRM, spreadsheets, invoicing and email: extracted, validated and synced automatically, with exceptions escalated to a person.

Content operations

Drafts, adaptations and translations produced in your voice and templates, scheduled through your existing publishing tools, with editorial approval preserved.

Your data stays yours

Workflows run in your accounts with least-privilege access: we request only the scopes the workflow needs, and you can revoke them at any time. Credentials are stored in your infrastructure, not ours. We do not train models on your data, and we design each build so sensitive fields stay out of prompts wherever the workflow allows. Security is not a feature tier here; it is how we build everything.

How it works

From scoping call to handover

You see a working prototype in the first week, not at the end.

  1. 01

    Scope

A call to pick the process, walk through real examples, and define what done looks like. You get a fixed quote and a written scope.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Within the first week, a working slice of the workflow runs on your real examples, so we validate the approach before building it out.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

We connect the workflow to your tools, add approval gates and escalation paths, and test it against the messy cases, not just the happy path.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, a training session for your team, and the keys: it runs in your accounts and you own it outright.

  5. 05

    Care plan, optional

If you want us to keep tuning prompts, handling model updates and extending the workflow, a monthly care plan is available from $500 per month. No obligation.

FAQ

AI Workflow Build, answered

The ones you already use: email, spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, form tools, invoicing and publishing platforms. Workflows are built on leading AI models, including Anthropic's Claude, chosen per task. If a tool has an export, an API or an inbox, we can usually work with it.

The build assumes it will. Anything customer-facing or irreversible waits for human approval, low-confidence cases are escalated to a person instead of guessed at, and every action is logged so you can see what ran and why. The goal is a workflow you can trust on Tuesday afternoon, not a demo that impresses once.

Workflows run in your accounts with least-privilege access, credentials stay in your infrastructure, and we do not train models on your data. Data shared with model providers is limited to what the workflow needs to function, and we walk you through exactly what that is before anything runs.

From $1,500, fixed, quoted after the scoping call. The price depends on the number of integrations and the complexity of the approval flow, and it is agreed before any work starts. The optional care plan starts at $500 per month.

No. We need someone who knows the process well enough to walk us through real examples and judge whether the output is right. Everything technical, including the handover documentation, is on us.

Because automation touches your inbox, your CRM and your customer data, and most automation shops treat access control as an afterthought. We ship production software for security customers; least-privilege access, credential handling and audit trails are our default way of building, and your workflow inherits that.

Pick the process your team complains about most

One scoping call, one fixed quote, a working prototype in the first week. If it is not a fit, we will tell you on the call.
